Clerical Assistant
 Mt. Grant General Hospital is accepting applications for the position of full-time Clerical Assistant.  The Clerical Assistant will be responsible for assisting Medical Records staff with daily duties and performing tasks assigned by the members of the Business Office.  The duties shall include but are not limited to data entry, scanning, researching, typing spreadsheets and  documents, filing, reconciling bank statements, assisting with new employee orientation and other related duties.


Applicant must have the ability to multitask, work well with the public and other staff members, be organized, dependable, and be able to prioritize workload.  Please see job description for list of job duties.


Minimum qualifications are possess a high school diploma or equivalent AND

1 year clerical experience or education related to clerical work AND

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as good typing skills AND

Per NRS 449.179 and NRS 200.5091, successful applicant(s) must pass required state and federal background checks.
